Hi Everyone!,

I am sharmine! let me tell me more about healthy eating! First me start at.......
We have to eat more vegetable and fruits in order to be healthy.

There are some unhealthy food that adults and children likes to eat. They are cookies, sweets, tarts..... etc

It is important to eat healthy so that we can have a healthy body!

there are some diseases that may cause for not eating healthy are: diabetes, cancel....etc

the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables are : they have calcium, vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin B-12 supplements

I like to eat fruits and vegetables because : first thing, the fruits and vegetables contain many vitamins, the fruits are sweet and the vegetables are delicious.

Yes. i will support the school campaign in encouraging students to eat more veg and fruits because to let their body to be healthy and strong.

I will suggest the fruity veg thingy of course!!!!!!
